Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assess the qualifications of workers and staff in all mentioned departments. There is a separate team for electrical, plumbing, and chiller that needs to be managed.
- Practical experience in organizing the troubleshooting of technical issues in building engineering systems.
- Responsible for the electrical and gas utilities of the company.
- Ensure timely preparation of technical documentation.
- Chief engineer with HVAC responsibilities (retirees are also considered).
Requirements and priorities:
- Chiller servicing skills.
- Ability to read diagrams and project documentation, verify technical documentation compliance with basic norms and capacities.
- Organize the operation and uninterrupted functioning of building engineering systems (electricity supply, water supply, heating, sewage, ventilation and air conditioning, automation of engineering systems, gas supply, and gas boiler room).
- Practical knowledge of regulations, processes, and procedures for coordinating project documentation and preparing a package of documents for construction and installation work.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in managerial positions in a relevant industry.
- Higher education (technical).
- Experience with state expertise.
- Good knowledge of engineering networks.
- Work permits for electrical safety (minimum 3rd group) and gas utilities are welcomed.
